The service was top-notch, the food was well presented. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Location: the hotel was right by both restaurants and the bar and the center and padel fields.

The hotel had newly renovated and large rooms with well-kept facilities. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the center of town, but still away from the noise and crowds. The spa was a great addition, and the massage I received there was excellent. a great option for a trip to Sao Miguel.

The breakfast service needs improvement. It was slow and sometimes the wrong items were brought or forgotten.

The hotel offers good meal in the morning with omelette and also smoked salmon. The services are impeccable, including a heated pool. Staff is extremely helpful and you can park your car on site...

The breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were a delightful addition. The staff was amazing and made us feel welcome with small goodnight gifts each evening. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and wellness area, which were clean and well-maintained. we highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Ponta Delgada!

Spent a lovely Christmas at this beautiful hotel! The breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. We also received two complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The location is great - close to the city center but still quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed taking a walk around the nearby park. The best aspect of the hotel was definitely the spa, which was top-notch and left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

We were impressed with the range of amenities available, including a swimming pool, hot pool in a pineapple house, spa with sauna and steam bath, and even a paddle court. The restaurant served delicious food, and the beds in our room were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke English fluently.

There were a few minor issues we encountered during our stay. The music played in the corridor outside our room was a bit loud at times, which was slightly disruptive when we were trying to sleep.
